The Unlimited Third Party Liability covers third party damage up to, and including US$50,000-. Liability coverage costs $10- per day on any of our vehicles, and there is no deductible.
The Collision Damage Waiver, or CDW, covers loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle, with a deductible of US$750- There is no deductible with the Zero Deductible CDW. The CDW Rate ranges from $10- to $40- per day, depending on the car type. Please see list below for details.

Having not had any prior experience with renting from Leisure Car Rental, and knowing and reading about some of the horror stories experienced by other travelers at other rental companies in St. Maarten, I was hesitant to book with them. However, those fears were completely dashed with my recent rental experience at Leisure Car Rental. Jackie took my order over the email, gave me a very decent rate, and then met me (as she earlier promised)at the airport once we retrieved our bags. The car was a nice-riding Elantra and had only 2400 miles on it. It was clean, inside and out, and unlike the cars I received in my past ten years of rentals on St. Maarten from companies like Best Deal, Tropicana, etc., everything worked, including the windshield washer. The car was in perfect operating order throughout our two weeks (actually 15 days) stay and when we returned to the airport to leave St. Maarten at the end of our stay, Jackie was there to take the car from us, as she had stated she would when we first arrived in St. Maarten. She was cheerful, welcoming, professional and very nice. I could not have asked for a better car rental experience. I have already recommended Leisure Car Rental to others who are going to St. Maarten and I will use their services on my next trip there. Very well done job, Jackie.
