- To avoid theft, break in etc, please do not leave anything in the rental car, not even a bag of garbage!

When we picked up our bag at the airport, an LCAR rep was the first person we saw holding a sign with my name. Everything went great we were in our villa with in an hour. -'My wife and I were met by a smiling young man from Leisure Car Rental just as we exited the Arrival Hall. He walked us to a brand new Hyundai Accent (14 miles on the odometer). After inspecting the vehicle, providing my credit card information, and signing a couple of forms, we were on our way. It took less than ten minutes. [I had never driven a Hyundai before. It was impressive. Since then, I've recommended it to others, including my daughter who was in the market for a new car.] The return of the automobile was just as quick and easy. On the day and time we had agreed upon in advance, I drove into the Departure Lane at the airport. The same smiling young man was waiting for us. Within less than five minutes, we had completed all the requisite paperwork, we walked into the terminal and he drove off. Bottom line: This company knows how to deliver top-notch service. -'For those of you that have rented a car in St Maarten the normal experience can be time consuming. After collecting your checked luggage you exit the terminal and look for the rental companies shuttle to take you to their remote location. Once there you unload from the shuttle and wait in line to sign paperwork for your rental. I recently rented from Leisure car rental. When booking they have you enter arrival time and airline information. Their web site says that they will meet you at the airport with your rental car. Our flight was a hour late and after collected our check bags I had my doubts that they would be waiting for us. But as we exited the baggage claim area a Leisure car rental representative was waiting with a sign with my name on it. We loaded the car, signed a couple papers and were on our way in a matter of minutes. We also had a early morning departure the following Sunday and they said that they would meet us at the airport at 6am. As we pulled in front of the terminal the same representative gave us a wave and we returned the car to him. Our experience was excellent and hassle free. It was nice to be able to start and end your trip with the excellent service that Leisure car rental offered..' Kevin

Both met us at the airport door where we completed the usual paperwork and sent on our way within minutes. Had a flat during the week (there ARE some rough roads in St. Maarten) and a call to Jimmy brought him within minutes to our resort to get the tire repaired....in the pouring rain of a tropical storm! At the inevitable conclusion of our trip we arrived at the airport entrance and were immediately met by Jimmy and Jacqueline where we were given a receipt and on our way to the much more tedious process of checking in. Again, Exceptional Service! Will definitely use upon our anticipated return next year.'

Jimmy met us at the airport with our car, did up the paperwork and had us on our way in less than 15 minutes. This was such a nice change from our previous experiences of having to take a shuttle to an off-aiport location, stand in line waiting for service, only to find out that the rate we had been quoted would not be honored. This year we needed a car for 6 weeks. Leisure gave us a really nice car at a super reasonable price. On the day we arrived, our vehicle was vandalized where we were staying. We called Jimmy and he took care of everything which was a total relief for us! On the day we left, Jimmy met us at the curb and we simply handed him the keys. (No need to drop off the vehicle at an off-airport location wait for a shuttle to the airport, never knowing how long that might take.) Now THAT'S what we call excellent service!
