-'I did a lot of reviewing, before I choose Leisure Car Rental. I had originally planned to go with one of the large corportations. However, after reading about one in particular, I choose not to. In that forum, there were only a couple mentions of Leisure Car Rental. The customers were very pleased. I decided to take a chance and glad I did. We got to the airport and Jimmy, a Leisure Car Rental manager was waiting at the airport exit. He took us to the car in parking lot; did the car check; and got validated parking ticket to leave.
At one point during the vacation, I left the lights on for about 7 hours. The battery was drained too low. We called Leisure and Jimmy himself was there in two hours to jump the car. That might sound like a long time, but we were on the opposite side of the island and traffic at that time on St. Martin can be busy! We give him a well deserved tip. When we dropped off the car, there a quick check through. No problems. Service was great and the convenience of the car being in a airport parking lot was nice. I saw some of the other rental places along the street next to the airport. They were a zoo on Saturday.

The clincher was his delivery system. I got off the plane and he was there with a sign. We walked outside and within twenty feet was my car on and cool. I signed two papers, we looked at the car which was spotless and he upgraded the car for me and off I went. Total time was maybe five minutes. Jimmy said on my way back to airport just call and he will meet me. Did so and as I pulled up to the Departure drop off there he was. We walked around the car, he gave me my receipt and off he and I went. I walked the ten feet into the airport. Total time? Three minutes. Now folks THAT is customer service. This Company responded straight away to my request for a quote and we agreed to hire a Compact for one week.
Gave our Flight details and arrival times when we booked. They confirmed that they would meet the flight and wait for us just outside the arrivals hall.
We arrive, just outside is Jimmy with a big printed card with our name on it.
Walk over to a very clean newish Compact in the car park, fill in the paperwork and check the car over with Jimmy's help and twenty min later we are on the road. Return time was agreed and somebody would meet us at the departure parking outside the Airport terminal.
During the course of the week i called to change the departure time, this was no problem.
Arrived at the airport at the agreed time, just parked, there was Jimmy right on time, quickly looked over the car, and within five mins we are at the dept desk. This made the whole thing so easy and pleasurable. ' Ozzegor

-'I just don't know how to express the ease of renting through Leisure. How can you beat someone standing in the arrival area with a card with your name on it. Walk out to the curb, walk around the car, show ID, sign a piece of paper and then drive off. THE CAR WAS RUNNING AND COOL IN 90 DEGREE HEAT. The car was fairly new performed well. We had arranged to meet at the airport at NOON on our departure day. We got to the airport 15 minutes early. There they were again with the name card. EARLY. Early on the island with all the traffic is a big deal. Take the stuff out of the car. Sign a piece of paper and we are done. I highly recommend getting the no deductible insurance. $10 more per day is worth the piece of mind. The roads are very bad, the driving is hectic. Knowing that if a problem occurred that there would be no more expense was worth the money. We will be using them again. FANTASTIC.' William
